Information booths are located by the Baggage Claim areas (lower level) across from Carousels 2 and 3.

If you need assistance, look for the airport’s “red coat” ambassadors who volunteer their time to assist travelers.  Find them on the Departure Level.

WI-FI AND OTHER SERVICES

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi will be offered as of June 1.

Electrical outlets – Available at Gates 2 through 14, between the backs of the passenger seating rows, and are available at no cost.

Lounges – The airport has two airline lounges – an American Airlines Admirals Club and a United Airlines Red Carpet Club.

Pet Relief Area – Found on the lower level outside of Terminal A near the entrance to Parking Structure A1. Please note that with the exception of service animals, uncaged animals are not allowed in the terminal.

Paging – Call (949) 252-5000 or dial “0” from any White Courtesy Phone.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Rental Cars – Counters are located on the Lower Level between the two Baggage Claim areas. The rental car pick-up and drop-off area for on-site rental car companies is on the Lower Level of the GroundTransportationCenter.

Hotel Shuttles – Some local hotels provide courtesy shuttles to and from JohnWayneAirport. Click here for a list of hotels with shuttle service.

Taxis – Available in the GroundTransportationCenter.

Rates – $2.95 first 1/4 mile plus 0.65 per add’l 1/4 mile.

Buses/Public Transportation – Orange County Transportation Authority bus routes 76 and 212 serve the airport. The bus stop is located on the arrival (lower) level outside Terminal B.  The i shuttle, Route A, connects the Tustin Metrolink Station to the airport via Von Karman Avenue.
