GETTING AROUND THE AIRPORT

Skylink’s bi-directional system connects all five terminals and is the shortest route to your stop while inside security. Trains run every two minutes and are free of charge. Average ride time of five minutes, maximum ride time of nine minutes. Outside security, use Terminal Link vans to get from terminal to terminal. Service runs every 10 minutes.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Rental Cars
The Rental Car Center is located at 2424 E. 38th St, DFW Airport, TX, near the south entrance of the Airport and is served by 10 companies.
Arriving Passengers: After collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. From there, board the Rental Car shuttle bus. Buses depart every five minutes and reach the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes.
Departing Passengers: Before your departing flight, please return your vehicle at the Rental Car Center. For transportation from the facility to your terminal, board the Rental Car Shuttle.

Taxis
Taxi service is available on the upper level of Terminals A, B, C and E, and on the lower level of Terminal D.
An Airport Guest Assistant will be available at the taxi stands between 8:00 AM and midnight. Between midnight and 8:00 AM, dial 972 574 5878 to request a taxi.

Public Transportation
Commuter rail service to Dallas and Fort Worth is available on the Trinity Railway Express (TRE).  Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) provides bus service to downtown Dallas.
Yellow Checker Shuttle provides daily transportation to and from DFW under the name ‘Airporter’.  Boarding is available at all major downtown Fort Worth hotels and the Airporter parking lot.

Valet – $21 per day
An Open Door Policy – no reservations required!  Simply drop off your car at any Valet Parking stand located in the one hour zones at Terminals A, B, C and E and departure level curbside at Terminal D.
Available at all terminals.
All cars parked in covered garages.
24-hour, 7-day-a-week monitoring.
Cars never leave Airport property.
Cars will be waiting at the one-hour parking area in Terminal Parking upon passengers’ return.

WI-FI AND OTHER SERVICES

DFW does not offer complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Paid service is available throughout the airport from T-Mobile.  However, workstations with dataports for free, high-speed internet access are available throughout the terminals, as well as free internet kiosks.
