Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) is the largest airport in the Pacific Northwest, and is the home base for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.  In 2008, over 32 million passengers passed through Sea-Tac.

Information booths – located in the baggage claim area near Carousel 12 (open from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.) and on the third floor of the airport garage.

Lost & Found – located in the central part of the Main Terminal, on the Mezzanine Level, in room 6016.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Rental Cars
Nine rental companies have counters at Sea-Tac, while another three have off-site locations.  Click here for details.

Taxis/Limos
Taxis and limo service are available on the third floor of the Parking Garage.  For taxis, call (206) 246-999 or use the curbside phones on the Baggage Claim Level.

To arrange for a limo or town car, use the touch screen to access “Ground Transportation” on any of the Travelers’ Information Boards in Baggage Claim, use curbside phones, or go to a Ground Transportation Booth.

Public Transportation
Sound Transit’s Link light rail to Tukwila is now open with a free shuttle running from the Tukwila Station to Sea-Tac.  Connector buses will continue running until the station at Sea-Tac opens later this year.

PARKING

Parking at SeaTac is available at either the airport garage or one of the many off-site lots that provide shuttle service to the terminals.

Terminal Direct – fourth floor of the airport garage, with direct access to the skybridge to the Main Terminal.
General Parking – available on floors 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the airport garage.

A Cell Phone Waiting Lot is also available.  It’s located north of the old lot location on Air Cargo Road.  Drivers picking up passengers may wait up to 30 minutes in the lot free of charge.

SHOPPING/DINING

If you’re hungry and want some great Pacific salmon, or if you just want to pick up some unique gifts from the Pacific Northwest, SeaTac has plenty to offer.

WI-FI AND OTHER SERVICES

WiFi – Beginning January 1, 2010, WiFi will be offered free of charge at SeaTac.  Until such time, service continues to be provided by AT&T for a fee.

Cell Phone/MP3 chargers – located on Concourses A, B, C, D, and in the Main Terminal on both ticketing and baggage claim levels.  Cost is $3 per use.

Storage – Ken’s Baggage Storage & Rentals, located on the Baggage Claim Level between Carousels 12 and 13, offers storage for everything from a set of keys to bicycles and luggage.

Pets – There are two “pet relief” areas outside the Main Terminal on the Baggage Claim level.  The north area is outside door #26, just past Carousel 16.  On the south end, outside door #00, there’s a large grassy area at the end of the parking lot.

Paging – There is no central paging available.  All paging is done through the individual airlines.
