Spirit is installing the new non-reclining seats on two new Airbus A320 jets, says the Palm Beach Post.
One of the jets is operating between Fort Lauderdale and Washington, D.C. The other jet is being used between Fort Lauderdale and New York-LaGuardia.

All You Can Jet: South Florida (Week 2)

Updated April 1, 2010 — 2:58 pm PDT
For my second ‘All You Can Jet’ experience, it was off to South Florida.
As with my previous flights, there were no empty seats on this trip.
The airport was different this time though. Instead of Los Angeles International, this flight departed from Long Beach Airport, JetBlue’s main Southern California hub.
Long Beach offers the most unique airport experience in the LA area. Its ‘streamline moderne’ style terminal building dates to 1926. And in another throwback, you have to walk out on the tarmac and up a jetway to board your plane.
