LAX Among 11 Airports Receiving New Full Body Scanners

New full body scanning machines are now arriving at 11 major U.S. airports.

It’s part of the Transportation Security Administration’s plan to deploy 1,000 machines over the next two years.

Airports receiving the new equipment: Los Angeles International, Boston Logan, Chicago O’Hare, Charlotte Douglas, Cincinnati, Columbus, Fort Lauderdale, Kansas City, Oakland, San Diego, and San Jose, Calif.
